Cost

Shipping is $9.99 per order, however many signs are in it. Orders of $99 or more (the signs' total, after any quantity savings) ship free. Your cart shows the shipping cost before you pay.

How long it takes

• Making your sign: every sign is printed to order and ships in 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.
• Delivery: signs go by ground shipping and usually arrive 2-5 business days after they ship.
• Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start on the next business day.

So a sign ordered on a Monday usually arrives between that Thursday and the Wednesday after.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Please check your address at checkout: a sign sent to a wrong address the buyer entered cannot be redirected once it has shipped.

Damaged in the mail?

If a sign arrives bent, scratched or broken, email a photo to hello@captainsigns.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a new one. See returns and replacements.
