Which property sign should I put at my gate?
A no trespassing or private property sign reads well from a car at 12 x 18 in. On a long road frontage, 18 x 24 in is easier to read at speed. Add your name or a phone number only if you want to.
Do property signs need special wording?
Most do not. Posting signs against trespass and hunting are the exception in many states, so pick your state in the builder or read the state posting guides before you order those.
