Questions about electrical room signs
Why is Notice the default header?
Blue Notice is for information that is not tied to a hazard, such as a room name or an access rule. If the room holds live gear that could injure someone, switch to red Danger for death or serious injury, or yellow Caution for minor or moderate injury. Ask your safety officer which one applies.
How do I hang it on a door?
Aluminum can have 1/4 in holes at the top corners, which lets you hang the sign with two screws at the top of the door. Four corner holes suit a wall panel better. Plastic signs have brass grommets instead, for a zip tie or a small screw.
Which size fits a door?
The 12 x 18 in portrait size is tall and narrow, so it suits most doors. The 18 x 12 in landscape size fits above a door frame. Check the live preview to see how the room name and second line sit on the size you pick.
