Order Here Signs
A counter-service restaurant or cafe needs guests to find the ordering spot in seconds, especially when the line is long at lunch. This sign points them to the right place before they wander to a table, and staff can use the extra line to add a short direction.

Questions about order here signs
Where should the order here sign be placed?
Set it on a stand at the front of the line, on the counter or on a post at the entrance, depending on your layout. Mount it at the spot where guests stop to pay. Check your local rules if a sidewalk sign would block a path.
What can the extra line say?
This sign has no example extra line, so the field can stay blank. Many shops use it for a short direction such as 'Pay here' or 'Order at the window', typed in their own words. Keep it short so the main words stay largest.
How do I pick a color for a restaurant?
White on green, white on red and black on white are offered. Match the color to your menu board or logo, and keep it the same across every lane so guests learn the pattern. Plastic is light enough to hang in a window, and aluminum holds up outdoors on a post.
