Questions about aed signs
Where should an AED sign go?
Mount it on the wall above or beside the AED cabinet, and on the nearest hallway or door that leads to it. Keep the sign in plain view, with no coats or shelves in front. Local emergency services or building officials may have placement rules for your site, so ask them.
Safety First or Notice: which header?
Safety First is green and is the header for safety instructions and equipment locations, so it fits an AED. Notice is blue and covers information with no hazard attached. Choose the header your building team already uses for equipment locations, or the one your local rules ask for.
