Choosing the size and where to hang it
A park shelter or a hall entrance suits the 6 by 3 ft or 8 by 3 ft size. The 8 by 4 ft size makes a backdrop for the group picture, and 4 by 2 ft fits a hotel room wall. Vinyl mesh lets wind pass, so it suits a fence or an open shelter rail, while solid vinyl suits a wall indoors. Run zip ties or bungee cords through the grommets and pull the banner snug.

Will every face fit if we use a group photo?
Pick the Group photo layout: its wide print shows the whole group, and the page frames the faces for you. The other two layouts suit one person or a couple, since a wide group gets cut at the sides there. A note shows how sharp the photo will print, and a group portrait from a photographer usually needs the print release.
What do we type for the family name and the date?
In the photo on the left layout, the top line can read Welcome to the, the big line Carter Family Reunion, the line under it July 2027 and the small line the park and town. The Group photo layout has a top word, a big script word and a bottom line, so it suits short words such as Welcome, Family and Carter Reunion 2027. Type your own family, date and place.
What does a reunion banner cost, and when should we order?
Sizes run from 4 by 2 ft at $31.95 to 8 by 4 ft at $126.95, with the same prices in mesh. Shipping is $9.99, free on orders of $99 or more. Should the year go on the banner?
Put the year on it if the banner is for one reunion, such as July 2027 on the line under the name. To hang the same banner at the next reunion, leave the year off and use that line for the park and town instead. Or order a new banner each year with the new date. The preview shows what prints either way.
Can several branches of the family each get a copy?
Yes. Five or more copies of the same banner, with the same photo and words, save 10%, and ten or more save 15%. A branch that wants its own family name makes a different banner, so those copies do not add up with the others.
