Where class of 2027 banners are used
A parents' committee hangs a class of 2027 banner over the school entrance during graduation week. A booster club puts one on the gym wall or the stadium fence for senior night, with the seniors' names listed on it. A cafeteria wall holds one through the last weeks of school, and a homeschool co-op hangs one at its end-of-year picnic. At home, a family puts one on the garage or the porch for the graduation party, or hangs one where a car parade passes.
Choosing the size and where to hang it
The 8 by 3 ft or 8 by 4 ft size spans a gym wall or a long run of stadium fence, and the 6 by 3 ft size suits a cafeteria wall or a garage. A porch rail or a school door takes the 4 by 2 ft or 6 by 2 ft size. Choose vinyl mesh for chain link, since wind passes through its small holes, and solid vinyl for walls. Zip ties, bungee cords or wall hooks hold it through the grommets; pull it snug.
Questions about class of 2027 banners
How is this different from a graduation banner with a photo?
This page is for the class itself, with a cap drawing and words but no photo. For one graduate's face on a banner, see Graduation Banners. For senior night with a photo of each senior, see Senior Banners. A family honoring one graduate can still use this page by typing the graduate's name as the top or bottom line.
What goes on each line, and how many names fit?
The Class line is big and required, such as CLASS OF 2027, and you can type any year. The top line can hold the school name, and the bottom line a message such as Congratulations, seniors. The optional Graduates line takes up to 16 names, one per line. For a whole big class, use the top and bottom lines instead.
Which of the four styles should we pick?
Starburst puts gold rays behind the words and has no cap drawing. Script puts the cap on the left, the class line in script letters, stripes and a bar of names along the bottom. Big cap shows a large cap on the right. Varsity has arched college letters, the cap in the middle, names on both sides and a frame.
Do copies of the same banner cost less?
Yes. Five or more copies of the same banner, with the same words, save 10%, and ten or more save 15%. That helps a booster club that wants one for the field, the gym and each senior's family. Copies with a different top line or name are separate banners, so they do not count toward the savings.
Can a school logo go on the banner?
For a logo or a look of your own, choose Design it for me, an extra $35. Send the logo and your notes, and a mockup arrives by email within 1 business day. You get 2 rounds of changes, and nothing is printed until you sign off. A new logo made by us is $35 more. Only send a logo your school or group may use.
